When you walk in to a service center, you can  hear all kinds of complaints and even table-banging at the customer service officers.  I personally had a bad experience with Nokia.  I bought a Nokia some months ago and it was went flat about a month after purchase.  They refuse to let me exchange for new one.  They simply change the whole motherboard.
