Krunker: Microsoft Xbox Phone Staffers giving away private info

What? The hijackings were a result of user error?? Oh come on, I don't believe Microsoft's statement, I mean that such massive coincidence is just out of place. It's just like saying that all the Xbox owners that experienced the problem are just dumb, and created their own mess. Have they looked at the possibility of a breach within Xbox Live or Bungie.net?
