I presume this just converts the PS3's Bluetooth signals to IR (or whatever the remotes use). I think at $59.99 it should come with a remote as it would be a bit steep if that is just for the adaptor but I would of thought this would mostly appeal to those who already have a Harmony remote and are missing the PS3 functionality.
