Although the “Star Wars” future that President Regan predicted in 1983 never really got off the ground, 25 years later the technology to make a space-based &lt;a href="http://www.nfcuorginfo.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="http://www.nfcuorginfo.com"&gt;nfcu&lt;/a&gt; defence (and offence) platform is gradually being realised.
